Purpose

To approve Wolverhampton Plan timetable and notice to commence

Decision

1. That the Wolverhampton Plan Timetable and Notice of Intention to Commence Local Plan Preparation attached as Appendix 1 to the report be approved for publication by 30 June 2026.
2. That it be agreed to receive a further report to approve a Wolverhampton Plan Scoping Consultation to take place during summer 2026, in line with the Wolverhampton Plan Timetable.
