Decision

1. That the amendments to the Councillors’ Code of Conduct to incorporate the Jo Cox Civility Pledge, as set out in Appendix 1 to this report be approved.
2. That the authority granted to the Monitoring Officer to implement the changes detailed in this report and to make any other minor consequential changes necessary to ensure the Constitution remains up to date be reaffirmed.
