Purpose

Requesting a grant extension for two months to ensure continuation of service. This is due to a delay in the award of a contact after a competitive tender process.

Decision

Ratified the decision for an extension of the original grant agreement, for 1 April to 31 May 2026 with a grant payment of £23,918.34, and for the Council to enter into a Deed of Variation and Extension accordingly.
