Purpose

Approval is sought for the following transaction in accordance with sections 27.8.1 and 27.10.1 of the Council’s Constitution/Contract Procedure Rules. Authority is delegated to the Deputy Leader: City Housing

Decision

1. Approved to declare the properties outlined in the report below surplus to requirement.
2. Approved the disposal of the properties outlined in the report below.
3. Authorised the Chief Operating officer, or such other Authorised Officer to enter into and execute all legal documents to put the above matters into effect.
