To establish budgets following the Extended Producer Responsibility and Food Waste Grants for the transformation of Waste Services under the Simpler Recycling Scheme

1. Approved the establishment of the supplementary budgets from the DEFRA grants for Extender Producer Responsibility (EPR) collections, food waste services and the single use plastic bans.
