Purpose

Resident Engagement with the council including proposed changes to the petitions scheme.

Decision

1. That it be approved, that petitions with 349 – 749 signatures be considered by the relevant scrutiny panel with recommendation made for action by employees or review by the Executive as appropriate.
2. That it be approved, that petitions with more than 750 signatures be considered by Full Council.
