Decision

1. Agreed to the provision of discretionary Disabled Facilities Grant funding for the case detailed in the report below, to a maximum of £5,093 to assist the applicant with the payment of his means tested contribution towards the cost of work
2. Agreed that a Legal Land Charge be placed on the property for the full value of the additional funding. If the property is sold at any time in the future this money would then become repayable to the council.
