Purpose

Approval is sought for the following transaction in accordance with section 27.10.1 of the Council’s Constitution. Authority is delegated to the Deputy Leader: City Housing in consultation with the Deputy Director of Housing to approve the Minor disposals by freehold sale or long lease at a premium, easement, dedication, release of covenants or other legal interest up to a value of £250,000.

Decision

1. Approved the disposal of land on Woodcross Lane.
2. Authorised the Chief Operating officer, or such other Authorised Officer to enter into and execute all legal documents to put the above matter into effect.
