Agreement for Continuation of Grandmentors Scheme for Financial Years 26-27, 27-28 and 28-29

Decision

1. Approved the payment of the grant to pay Volunteer Matters a total of £85,500 fully funded from mainstream budget.

Payments are to be made quarterly with a staged increase:

o   £28,000 for 2026-2027(Year 1),

o   £28,500 for 2027-2028 (Year 2),

o   £29,000 for 2028-2029 (Year 3).

1. That the Council enter into a grant agreement with Volunteer Matters for a total of £85,500 for the grant period of three years during financial years 2026-2027 to 2028-2029 in line with the financial procedure rules.
