Decision

1. Approved the admission of suppliers listed in Appendix 1 and to enter into Framework Agreements for the West Midlands Local Authority Barristers Framework for a duration of 4 years from 1st September 2026 to 31st August 2030.

1. Ratified the decision for the Council to enter into the Collaboration Agreement with the participating local authorities, following extensive collaboration and engagement through the WMLA Barristers Partner Board.
