Purpose

Delegated authority to approve the award of contracts

Decision

1. That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Health, Wellbeing and Community, in consultation with the Director of Public Health, to approve the award of a contract for a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) Lifestyle Service.
2. That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for City Transport, in consultation with the Director of Neighbourhoods and Highways, to approve the award of contracts for Highways Maintenance when the evaluation process is complete.
3. That authority be delegated to the Cabinet Member for Governance and Digital, in consultation with the Chief Operating Officer, to approve the award of a contract for Personal Safety Devices when the evaluation process is complete.
4. That authority be delegated to the Leader of the Council: Thriving City, in consultation with the Director of City Development, to approve the award of a contract for Green Innovation Corridor Six Mile Green Enabling Works when the evaluation process is complete.
