Our Future City Centre Plan

Decision

1. That the Our Future City Centre Plan be approved to establish a long-term regeneration framework that provides a clear vision for the future of our place, strategy, spatial direction and delivery pipeline needed to guide decision-making and to form evidence to the statutory Wolverhampton Local Plan.
2. That authority be delegated to the Leader of the Council: Thriving City in consultation with the Executive Director of Place to approve the annual updates to the Our Future City Centre Plan and its publication.
3. That authority be delegated to the Leader of the Council: Thriving City in consultation with the Executive Director of Place to approve the annual delivery pipeline associated with Our Future City Centre Plan.
