Review of fees and charges for 2026-2027

Decision

1. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1, increased in line with Fees and Charges Strategy approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024.
2. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 2 that have not been increased for the reasons outlined in the report.
3. Approved the changes to fees and charges to take affect from 1 October 2026.
4. Noted that the Magistrates’ Court make the final decision on whether the level of costs charged are reasonable.
