Purpose

Draft report for suggested fees and charges to be added to.

Decision

1. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1, increased in line with Fees and Charges Strategy approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024.
2. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1which have been increased but not in accordance with the Strategy approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024 for the reasons outlined in this report.
3. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1 that have not been increased for the reasons outlined in the report.
4. Approved the changes to fees and charges to take effect from 1 October 2026, except where an alternative implementation date is noted for particular fees in Appendix 1.
5. Noted, where services or charges are governed by other legislation (e.g. Fixed Penalty Notices), fees are set in line with national requirements. They are reflected in this report for information.
6. Noted, there are some fees (for Markets) which are set by Regulatory Committee.
7. Noted, Bereavement Services fees and charges will follow in a separate IEDN.
