1. Sunbeam Public House – Approved to grant a lease extension and the two rent reviews, all as detailed in the report.
2. Authorised the Chief Operating Officer (or such other authorised officer), to execute all legal documents (including by affixing the Common Seal) in order to put the above matters into effect, including any ancillary or supporting documents.
