Purpose

Draft report for proposed fees and charges to be added to.

Decision

1. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1, increased in line with Fees and Charges Strategy approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024.
2. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1 which have been increased but not in accordance with the Strategy approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024 for the reasons outlined in this report.
3. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1 that have not been increased for the reasons outlined in the report.
4. Approved the changes to fees and charges to take effect from 1 October 2026.
5. Noted, where services or charges are governed by other legislation (e.g. Fixed Penalty Notices), fees are set in line with national requirements. Relevant legislative changes were implemented in January 2026 and are reflected in this report for information.
6. Noted, fleet and workshop fees are set by DVLA and cannot be changed.
7. Noted, parking fees and charges are being considered as part of the wider Parking Strategy. A separate fees and charges review will therefore be brought forward following completion of the strategy and ahead of the 2027/28 financial year.
