Purpose

This IEDN is to award the successful providers onto the new temporary accommodation framework.

Decision

1. Awarded a framework place for the Temporary Accommodation Framework to Exclusive Housing Solutions for three years from 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2029, including the option to extend up to two years for two periods of one year at the sole discretion of the council to 31 May 2031 (total of 5 years).

1. Awarded a framework place for the Temporary Accommodation Framework to Marston & Heath Housing, for three years from 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2029, including the option to extend up to two years for two periods of one year at the sole discretion of the council to 31 May 2031 (total of 5 years).

1. Awarded a framework place for the Temporary Accommodation Framework to Rent Connect, for three years from 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2029, including the option to extend up to two years for two periods of one year at the sole discretion of the council to 31 May 2031 (total of 5 years).
