Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with the purchase of the former council property as listed in Appendix 1 where the purchase price has been agreed.

Decision

1. Approved the completion of the purchase of the former Council property listed in Appendix 1 for a purchase price of £115,000, 10% Home Loss compensation, an additional £5,000 ex gratia payment and associated professional fees.
2. Authorised the Chief Operating Officer or other authorised officers to execute legal documentation necessary to put the purchase into effect.
