Decision

1. Approved, an underwriting commitment of up to £230,000 from the Regeneration Reserve in respect of design development and planning costs associated with submitting a detailed planning application for Lunar Lock Gardens.
2. Approved, the Chief Operating Officer, in consultation with the Director of City Development and Section 151 Officer, to negotiate, complete and execute all legal documents and ancillary agreements required to implement the underwriting arrangement.

1. Noted, the formal adoption of the name Lunar Lock Gardens for the public realm scheme previously referred to as ‘Market Square’.
