New contract award for CWC25178.

Decision

1. Awarded the contract for CWC25178 - Employee Health and Wellbeing service – Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme services to Optima Healthcare UK Limited of Meadow Court, 2 Hayland Street, Sheffield, England, S9 1BY  for the period of three years from 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2029 plus an optional extension period of one year up to 30 September 2030.  This will be for a contract value of up to £213,846.00 in the first year, with a 2% annual increase for the remaining years of the initial contract term, followed by a 5% increase in the extension year if utilised, resulting in a total contract value of up to £888,064.00.
