Purpose

Approve the Council to enter into a NEC 4 Professional Services contract with AHR Architects Ltd. The Professional Services includes Lead Consultant /Heritage Architect, Cost Management, CDM Principal Designer, MEP Engineers. Services are relation to the Grand Theatre.

Decision

1. Approved the Council to enter into a NEC4 Professional Services Contract (PSC) with AHR Architects Ltd, Alpha Tower, Suffolk Street, Queensway, Birmingham B1 1TT. The Professional Services includes Lead Consultant /Heritage Architect, Cost Management, CDM Principal Designer, MEP Engineers. Services are relation to the Grand Theatre rectification works at a total cost of £261,518.
2. Approved a virement of £262,000 from the Corporate Provision and Contingency for Future Programmes budget to establish a new capital project for Wolverhampton Grand Theatre rectification works.
