Purpose

To seek approvals relating to a £1million grant over 3 years for High Street and Growth Incubator funding from West Midlands Combined Authority Integrated Single Settlement

Decision

1. Approved the establishment of a supplementary revenue budget of £93,000 in 2026-2027, subject to a completed Grant Funding Agreement.
2. Approved the acceptance of the grant through entering into the Grant Funding Agreement between the City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) and WMCA for the High Streets and Growth Incubator Fund.

1. Noted, a further approval will be brought forward once the individual capital projects are developed, for establishment in line with the constitution. The total capital grant awarded is £667,000.
