Decision

1. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1, increased in line with Fees and Charges Strategy approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024.
2. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1 which have been increased but not in accordance with the Strategy approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024 for the reasons outlined in this report.
3. Approved fees and charges as outlined in Appendix 1 that have not been increased for the reasons outlined in the report.
4. Approved the changes to fees and charges to take affect from 1 October 2026 other than Arts and Culture office space fees and school SLAs which will increase from 1 April 2027.
