Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with two lease extensions of formerly council owned properties outlined in Appendix 1.

Decision

1. Approved the proposed terms to extend the leaseholder’s leases as set out in Appendix 1.
2. Authorised the Chief Operating officer or such other authorised officer to execute all legal documentation to put the lease extensions into effect.
