Purpose

The approval of two new Leases, and Licences to Alter and ancillary agreements for 1st and 4th floor offices at i9, Railway Drive, Wolverhampton

Decision

1. Approved the surrender of the ground and fourth floor offices located at i9 Railway Drive, Wolverhampton in accordance with the Agreement for Surrender and any ancillary agreements.  
2. Approved the grant of two new Leases, and Licences to Alter and ancillary agreements for 1st and 4th floor offices at i9, Railway Drive, Wolverhampton all in accordance with the summary attached at Appendix 2.
3. Approved the supplementary revenue budgets as detailed in section 5 of this report.
