Approval to enter into grant agreement with WMCA and create supplementary budget following award of Social Housing Decency Fund

Decision

1. Approve a supplementary budget of £2,143,000 to contribute to improvement works to council owned properties to improve the energy performance of the properties and reduce the risk of damp, mould and condensation funded from SHDF grant.
