· To assist the administering authority in securing compliance with: (i) The Principal 2013 Regulations; (ii) Any other legislation; and (iii) Requirements imposed by the Pensions Regulator in relation to the scheme.
· To assist the administering authority in ensuring the effective and efficient governance and administration of the scheme.
