Purpose

We seek approval for the long term lease of
Council land at the Eagles, Poulton le Fylde to be developed for
Padel Tennis with a preferred provider.

Decision

The Director of Communities submitted a report
to provide an overview of the padel tennis expression of interest
process, evaluation and outcome, with a recommendation to lease
land at The Eagles, Poulton-le-Fylde to the preferred bidder.

at The Eagles, Poulton-le-Fylde to FY6 Padel, for a 15-year lease
period.
