Background / Decision Summary:
The Mosaic Social Care software is routine procurement under contract rules as it provides a case management solution for Adults and Children’s services without which they would be unable to deliver effective and efficient services. The cost of the contract is £1,182,368.15 over 5 years.
This has been awarded via the YPO Framework under SPA24.
