Content: Approved the Housing Asset Management Strategy 2025-2030, as seen in Appendix A of the report   Noted the award of £I0,474,457 from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) for the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 programme.   Noted the award of £53,470,024 to the GLA Consortium (of which Royal Borough of Greenwich were part) for supporting low income, privately owned homes across London.   Noted the governance approach in regards to Housing Capital Investment and annual updates to continue to Cabinet.
