Content: Cabinet RESOLVED to unanimously approve:   The creation of an earmarked reserve for continued transformation to support local government reorganisation from the Financial Stability Reserve and draw down a fund limited to £400k this financial year. The drawdown is delegated to the Chief Finance Officer to fund the implementation and delivery costs identified for this financial year.
