Content: Considered the Treasury Management Strategy for 2026/27 as set out in appendix A of the report; and referred the item to Full Council.   Agreed the £2.975m capital bids set out in section 6 of the report, with the investment supporting service delivery and the Medium Term Financial Strategy.   Considered the Capital Strategy for 2026/27 (including increased highway maintenance funding of £2.3m) set out in appendix B of the report; and referred the item to Full Council.   Noted the Prudential Indicators for the period 2024/25-2028/29 in appendix C of the report; and referred the indicators to Full Council.   Noted the arrangements for determining the Minimum Revenue Provision for 2026/27 as set out in appendix D of the report; and referred the arrangements to Full Council.
