The Planning Applications Committee of Kensington and Chelsea Council met on Tuesday 26 May 2026 to discuss a range of planning applications. The meeting's agenda focused on numerous individual site applications, primarily concerning residential extensions, alterations, and the replacement of windows and roof elements. Several applications also addressed the installation of external plant units, the use of roof terraces, and the demolition and redevelopment of existing structures. Additionally, the committee was scheduled to review details for a Construction Traffic Management Plan and consider advertisement consent for scaffold shroud advertisements.

The committee was scheduled to consider reports from the Director of Planning and Place regarding numerous planning applications. These included proposals for:

- Central Library, 12 Phillimore Walk, London, W8 7RX (LB/26/00242): Repairs to existing pitched roofs, including selective replacement of lead sheets, reworking of lead detailing, and localised patch repairs to perimeter gutters.

- Flat C, Davis Court, Argyll Road, London, W8 7BQ (PP/26/01470): Proposed new air conditioning outdoor unit and new access door on a second-floor terrace.
- Unit 9, Latimer Industrial Estate, 343-453 Latimer Road, London, W10 6RQ (PP/25/06763): Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment for a five-storey building comprising flexible Class E floorspace and seven residential units, with associated landscaping and cycle parking.
- The Works, 1 Colville Mews, London (PP/26/000253): Replacement and reconfiguration of 10 plant units at roof level.
- Development Site, 29 Earls Walk, London, W8 6EP (CON/26/00753): Details required by Condition 4 of planning permission PP/25/02775, concerning a Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP).
- Alan Morkill House, 88 St Mark's Road, London, W10 6BY (PP/25/05588): Demolition of existing buildings and comprehensive redevelopment to provide a new care home with up to 93 bedrooms, car parking, landscaping, and associated works.

- 61 King's Road, London, SW3 4NT (PP/26/00279 & LB/26/00280): Installation of traditional 'Greenwich' style retractable canopies to the ground floor front and side elevations.
- Sub Basement and Ground Floor, 180-186 Brompton Road, London, SW3 1HQ (PP/26/00024): Removal of a condition restricting use to a bank, allowing for wider Class E uses.
- Flat A, 27 Holland Street, London, W8 4NA (PP/26/00643): Proposed mansard roof extension, rebuilding of a single-storey rear extension, and other external alterations.
