Similar to the Monal Restaurant application, an objection was lodged by the London Borough of Redbridge Community Protection Team, citing concerns regarding public nuisance and public safety. The objections mirrored those raised for Monal Restaurant, detailing the busy nature of Ilford Lane during late hours, historical complaints of noise and anti-social behaviour, the proximity to residential properties, parking issues, and the location within the CIZ.

The Sub-Committee was to consider whether to allow the temporary event or issue a counter notice.
