The Planning Committee of Hounslow Council met on Thursday, 11 June 2026, to consider two planning applications for residential extensions. The meeting's agenda also included standard procedural items.
Planning Applications for Decision
18 Grove Road, TW7 4JH
The committee was scheduled to discuss a retrospective planning application for alterations to a two-storey, semi-detached dwelling located at 18 Grove Road, TW7 4JH. The application included the installation of a new obscured window and side access door to the side elevation, alterations to the rear extension including the reduction of an existing opening and the omission of previously approved flat-roof skylights. The committee was also scheduled to consider a planning application for the erection of a single-storey rear extension to the house at 64E Waldeck Road, Chiswick, London W4 3NU. The report suggested that this modest addition would have no adverse impact on the appearance of the area and would not result in harm to adjoining neighbours. The application was recommended for approval, subject to conditions. The site is located in Flood Zone 3a and the report noted that the proposal included measures to address flood risk.
