• The delivery of new housing in the Vale of White Horse.
• The use of the Community Infrastructure Levy and Section 106 agreements, with a particular focus on how these agreements are used to secure infrastructure and services alongside new housing developments.
• Reporting on Section 106 funds that might need to be repaid by the Council.
