The Lambeth Together Care Partnership Board meeting, held on Thursday 11 June 2026, was scheduled to cover a wide range of topics concerning the health and wellbeing of Lambeth residents. Key discussions were expected to focus on the annual review and refresh of the Our Health, Our Lambeth
plan, updates on various delivery alliances and programmes, and proposed changes to governance structures. The meeting also included a public forum for residents to raise questions and concerns.
Place Executive Lead Update
Andrew Eyres, Corporate Director of Integrated Health and Adult Social Care for Lambeth Council and Place Executive Lead for Lambeth at the South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB), was scheduled to provide an update on key developments since the previous meeting on 5 March 2026. This update was expected to cover progress on various initiatives and strategic priorities.
Lambeth Together Assurance Group (LTAG) Update
Jasmina Lijesevic, a Lay Member of the Lambeth Together Care Partnership Board, was scheduled to present an update from the Lambeth Together Assurance Sub-Group. This would include a review of the Integrated Assurance Report presented on 12 May 2026, focusing on progress towards achieving Outcome B (People are connected to communities which enable them to maintain good health
) and Outcome I (People have access to joined-up and holistic health and care delivered in their neighbourhoods
) of the Our Health, Our Lambeth
plan.
Lambeth Together Business Planning and Governance
Alex Jackson, Lambeth Together Programme Lead, and Warren Beresford, Associate Director of Health and Care Planning and Intelligence, were scheduled to lead discussions on business planning and governance. The Board was asked to consider and approve three key decisions:
- The 2025/26 annual review and refresh of
Our Health, Our Lambeth,
the Lambeth Together Health and Care Plan 2023-28. This plan outlines how health and care services are working together to improve outcomes and address inequalities, with the refreshed plan reflecting national and system-level developments. - The updated Terms of Reference for the Lambeth Together Care Partnership Board, proposing a move to a quarterly meeting cycle.
- The Lambeth Together Assurance and Oversight proposal, which aims to establish a new Lambeth Together Oversight Group (LTOG) to replace the existing Lambeth Together Executive Group (LTEG) and Lambeth Together Assurance Group (LTAG), creating a more streamlined governance structure.
Children and Young People's (CYP) Alliance Governance Change
Simon Boote, Programme Director for the Children and Young People's Alliance, was scheduled to present proposed changes to the CYP Alliance governance. The Board was asked to ratify decisions made at the Children and Young People's Alliance Board meeting on 21 May 2026. These proposed changes aim to position the Alliance as the central strategic forum for children and young people's place-based delivery, expanding its oversight to include the Families First Partnership programme, SEND reform, and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs). The proposal also included a review of Board membership and the formalisation of reciprocal governance arrangements with key partnerships.
Lambeth Together Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC) Update
Jasmina Lijesevic was scheduled to present an update from the Lambeth Together Primary Care Commissioning Committee. The Board was asked to note and support the content of the slide pack and ratify decisions made at the Extraordinary Primary Care Commissioning Committee on 22 April 2026 and the Primary Care Commissioning Committee on 13 May 2026. These decisions included approving the procurement route and contract award for Protected Learning Time (PLT) clinical cover, approving the structure of the Primary Care Support Offer, approving the Shared Care Scheme for 2026/27 and a revised budget for the Enhanced Prevention Scheme, and approving the subcontract change for enhanced access for Fiveways PCN. The committee also noted discussions regarding the Streatham Common catchment area change request and the release of the Capacity and Access Improvement Payment (CAIP).
Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance (NWDA) Update on Neighbourhood Health
Josepha Reynolds, Programme Director for the NWDA, along with George Verghese, Alice Jarvis, Therese Fletcher, and Josepha Reynolds, were scheduled to provide an update on neighbourhood health. The Board was asked to support and provide feedback on this update, which was expected to cover the neighbourhood programme structure, governance, and operating model. It would also include an update on Lambeth's submission for Strategic Investment Funding (SIF) and the delivery status of three live Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs). The update aimed to demonstrate how the move towards a neighbourhood health service seeks to tackle inequalities by providing more joined-up and integrated care.
Sexual Health Programme: HIV in Lambeth
Nancy Padwick, Strategic Lead for Sexual Health, Jessica Engen, Consultant in Public Health, Marc Thompson, Strategic Lead for HIV, Killian Quinn, Clinical Lead for PrEP in our Community, and Vida Boateng, Nurse Practitioner for PrEP in our Community, were scheduled to present an update on HIV in Lambeth. The Board was asked to support the distribution of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) campaign materials, encourage staff to undertake training to increase knowledge of HIV, and encourage organisations and stakeholders to sign up to HIV Confident and undertake related training. The update was expected to cover the prevalence of HIV in Lambeth, the aims of the Sexual Health and HIV Strategy 2025-2030, and progress on initiatives such as digital PrEP and outreach work.
LTCP - Glossary
A glossary of terms was included for reference, providing definitions for various acronyms and terms used within the Lambeth Together Care Partnership and the wider South East London Integrated Care System. This aimed to ensure clarity and understanding of the language used in discussions and documents.
