The Lambeth Together Care Partnership met on Thursday 03 September 2026 to discuss updates on various health and care programmes across the borough. Key topics included progress reports on the Living Well Network Alliance, the Homeless Health Programme, and updates from the Lambeth Together Oversight Group and Primary Care Commissioning Committee.

Place Executive Lead Update

Andrew Eyres, Corporate Director of Integrated Health and Adult Social Care for Lambeth Council and the South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB), was scheduled to provide an update on key developments since the previous meeting on 11 June 2026. This update was expected to cover national policy shifts, including the accelerated publication of the Casey Review on social care and the government's commitment to place-based working, aligning with Lambeth's existing partnership approach outlined in Our Health, Our Lambeth. The report was also to detail progress on implementing Our Health, Our Lambeth - Lambeth Together Health and Care Plan 2023-28, with a focus on developing Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) and preventative health offers. Discussions were also anticipated regarding the recruitment of new Patient and Public Voice Board members and the departure of Jasmina Lijesevic, the Lay Member.

Lambeth Together Oversight Group (LTOG) Update

Warren Beresford, Associate Director of Health & Care Planning and Intelligence, was scheduled to present an update from the Lambeth Together Oversight Group (LTOG). This update was to summarise discussions from LTOG meetings held on 14 July and 11 August 2026, along with the Integrated Assurance Report presented on 11 August. Key agenda items for LTOG included updates on the Staying Healthy Programme, Children and Young People's Alliance mental health priorities, general practice access, and the work of the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Sub-group. The Integrated Assurance Report was to provide an overview of performance metrics, risks, financial performance, and highlight reports from various alliances and programmes, with the majority of reported measures expected to be on track.

Lambeth Together Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC) Update

Oge Chesa, Director of Primary Care and Transformation, was scheduled to present an update from the Lambeth Together Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC). The PCCC is responsible for ensuring accessible and equitable general practice services and addressing healthcare inequalities. The update was to include information on major primary care estate programmes, progress on the Lambeth Offer Programme for 2027/28, and the allocation of Service Development Funding (SDF) for 2026/27. The PCCC meeting on 15 July 2026 was to be discussed, including the direction of travel for the Lambeth Offer workstreams, the allocation of SDF, and a boundary change application for the Streatham Common area.

Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA) Update

Guy Swindle, Deputy Director of the Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA), was scheduled to present an update on the LWNA's impact and planned developments in community mental health services. The report was to highlight progress in improving access to mental health support through a strengthened Single Point of Access, clearer stepped care, and neighbourhood-based services. A key focus was to be on reducing inequalities, particularly the disproportionate use of crisis services by Black residents, with a priority on increasing early support and improving recovery outcomes for this demographic. The presentation was also to cover the alliance's three big outcomes: reducing crisis presentations for those already engaged with services, increasing early support for Black residents, and improving recovery outcomes.

Homeless Health Programme

Paul Davis, Head of Commissioning, Tim Greenhalgh, Rough Sleeping Coordinator, and Emma Sims, Commissioning Officer, were scheduled to provide an update on the Homeless Health Programme. The report was to detail developments and ongoing work, including the conclusion of the recommissioning of services across the Adult Supported Accommodation Pathway. The programme aims to tackle health inequalities among the rough sleeping population and those in supported accommodation, who often face complex needs. The update was to include achievements from 2025/26, such as the number of people supported into accommodation and engagements with substance use and sexual health services. Key changes to the Adult Supported Accommodation Pathway, including specialist support for women and mental health support at Lambeth High Street, were also to be discussed.
