The Lambeth Together Care Partnership met on Thursday 03 September 2026 to discuss updates on various health and care programmes across the borough. Place Executive Lead Update

Andrew Eyres, Corporate Director of Integrated Health and Adult Social Care for Lambeth Council and the South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB), was scheduled to provide an update on key developments. This update was expected to cover national policy shifts, such as the accelerated publication of the Casey Review on social care, and the government's continued commitment to place-based working, aligning with Lambeth's existing partnership approach outlined in Our Health, Our Lambeth. The report was anticipated to detail progress on implementing the Our Health, Our Lambeth - Lambeth Together Health and Care Plan 2023-28, with a focus on neighbourhood health, Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs), and preventative measures. It was also expected to touch upon the evolving context of national reforms, financial pressures, and increasing service demand, alongside updates on leadership and governance, including recruitment for Patient and Public Voice (PPV) roles and the final Board meeting for Lay Member Jasmina Lijesevic.

Lambeth Together Oversight Group (LTOG) Update

Warren Beresford, Associate Director of Health & Care Planning and Intelligence, was scheduled to present an update from the Lambeth Together Oversight Group (LTOG). This update was to summarise discussions from recent LTOG meetings held on 14 July and 11 August 2026, along with the Integrated Assurance Report. Key agenda items for the LTOG included updates on the Staying Healthy Programme (NHS Health Checks, mental health, age-friendly initiatives, and smoking cessation), Children and Young People's Alliance mental health priorities, general practice access, and the work of the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Sub-group. The Integrated Assurance Report was expected to provide an overview of performance metrics, risks, financial performance, and alliance highlight reports.

Lambeth Together Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC) Update

Oge Chesa, Director of Primary Care and Transformation, was scheduled to present an update from the Lambeth Together Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC). The PCCC is responsible for ensuring accessible and equitable general practice services, addressing healthcare inequalities, and improving access. The update was expected to cover decisions made at the PCCC meeting on 15 July 2026. Topics included an update on major primary care estate programmes, a review of premises rent reimbursement for The Old Dairy Health Centre, and progress on the Lambeth Offer Programme for 2027/28. The committee was also expected to discuss the Service Development Funding (SDF) allocation for 2026/27, a boundary change application for Streatham Common, and contract award notifications.

Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA) Update

Guy Swindle, Deputy Director of the Living Well Network Alliance (LWNA), was scheduled to present an update on the LWNA's work. The report was intended to provide information on the impact of the LWNA and planned developments in community mental health services. It was also to seek approval for the progress report on the LWNA's activities as outlined in Our Health, Our Lambeth - Lambeth Together Health and Care Plan 2023-28. The update was expected to highlight the alliance's three key outcomes: reducing crisis presentations for those already engaged with services, increasing early support for Black residents and reducing their use of crisis services, and improving recovery outcomes.

Homeless Health Programme

Paul Davis, Head of Commissioning, Tim Greenhalgh, Rough Sleeping Coordinator, and Emma Sims, Commissioning Officer, were scheduled to present an update on the Homeless Health Programme. The report was to provide an update on developments and ongoing work, including the conclusion of the recommissioning of services across the Adult Supported Accommodation Pathway. The board was asked to support this update and approve the progress report against the activities outlined in Our Health, Our Lambeth. The report was expected to detail achievements in 2025/26, including support for rough sleepers into accommodation, engagements with substance use services, and sexual health support. It was also to outline key changes to the Adult Supported Accommodation Pathway and priorities for 2026/27.
