Reports for Consideration

The Pension Board is scheduled to consider a range of reports. These include the Pension Board Annual Report for 2025-2026, which details the work undertaken by the Board during that financial year. The Pensions Administration Report for March 2026 is also listed, providing an update on the administration and performance of the pension scheme for the quarter ending 31 March 2026. The meeting will begin with the confirmation of the unrestricted minutes from the previous Pension Board meeting held on 20th July 2026. Following this, the restricted minutes from the same meeting will be considered.

The Pension Board was established in 2015 under the Public Service Pensions Act 2013¹ to assist Tower Hamlets Council in its role as scheme manager. Its remit includes ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation related to the governance and administration of the pension scheme, and to ensure the effective and efficient governance and administration of the scheme.
