The hours for live music and recorded music were proposed to extend to Sunday to Thursday 23:00 – 01:00 and Friday to Saturday 23:00 – 02:00. Late night refreshment hours were also proposed to extend to Sunday to Thursday 23:00 – 01:00 and Friday to Saturday 23:00 – 02:00. The supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises was proposed to be extended to Sunday to Thursday 11:00 – 01:00 and Friday to Saturday 11:00 – 02:00.

The report indicated that a petition representation was received from a member of the public, raising concerns about public nuisance and the prevention of crime and disorder. This representation noted that the team had previously seized and called for a review of the club licence at this location. The Noise & Pollution Control Team believed that the installation of a noise-limiting device and agreed conditions would prevent public nuisance. The applicant had agreed to additional conditions, including the installation of a noise-limiting device, restrictions on delivery times, and the management of external doors.
