Representations have been received from both a responsible authority, Environmental Health, and an interested party, Councillor Alan Quinn. Environmental Health has raised concerns about potential public nuisance due to noise from customers, vehicles, and extractor fans, particularly given the proximity to residential properties. Councillor Quinn also objects on the grounds of public nuisance and the prevention of crime and disorder, citing concerns about noise and potential anti-social behaviour associated with late opening hours.
