The briefing paper indicated that the Directorate was forecasting an overspend of £0.311m at Period 5, primarily driven by pressures in Customer Services due to underachievement in bereavement services income. The HRA was forecasting a pressure of £1.363m, largely due to an increased number of void properties requiring repair and structural surveys on high-rise properties, leading to a shortfall in rent income.

Supported Accommodation Update

The Commission was scheduled to be introduced to the Supported Accommodation Review Team Report 2025/26. This report provides an overview of the team's work in improving the quality of non-Council commissioned supported accommodation and resident support.
