Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Carol Davies and Daphne Evans. Frank Phillips had not communicated his status at the time of the meeting.
Quorum Not Met
As a result of the absences, the committee did not meet the required quorum. The meeting was therefore closed and will need to be rescheduled.
