This meeting of the Pension Board was scheduled to receive a range of reports on the performance of the Hounslow Pension Fund, the West Yorkshire Pension Fund (WYPF)¹, and the compliance of the Fund with the Pensions Regulator's (TPR) General Code of Practice (GCOP). The Board was also scheduled to review the Pension Fund Annual Report 2022-23.

Pension Fund Administration Performance

The Board was scheduled to receive WYPF's Pension Administration Report. It reported an average of two breaches and late payments from employers to the Fund per month. The report also included information on the Pension Dashboard Programme.

The Board was scheduled to review a report on the compliance of the Fund with the TPR General Code of Practice. It was scheduled to consider three additional areas of the Code: Scheme Governance, Scheme Administration, and Contributions.

Consistency Report for Pension Fund Annual Report 2022-23

The Board was scheduled to receive the Consistency Report for Pension Fund Annual Report 2022-23. The report, prepared by Forvis Mazars LLP², confirmed that the Pension Fund financial statements in the Annual Report were consistent with the audited financial statements of London Borough of Hounslow.
