The Brentford and Syon Area Forum meeting on 2 December 2024 was scheduled to include an update on the borough’s traffic and transport strategy. The meeting would also include updates on Brentford Leisure Centre and discussion of themes from a resident steering group.

Traffic and Transport Strategy

Finn Campbell of Hounslow Council was scheduled to lead an update on the borough's traffic and transport strategy. The strategy update was scheduled to include discussion of TfL bus routes and traffic light phasing.

Brentford Leisure Centre

Councillor Dan Bowring was scheduled to lead an update to the forum on Brentford Leisure Centre.

Open discussion on Steering Group themes

The meeting was scheduled to include time for open discussion on the themes chosen by the forum's steering group, which is made up of residents alongside local organisations and community groups who have an interest in the area forum. The purpose of the steering group is to:

provide a way for the community to support the forum Chairs and deliver relevant assistance to the area forums

The group was scheduled to be led by the meeting's Chair, Councillor Dan Bowring.
