The Regulatory Committee of Dover District Council met on Tuesday 10 December 2024. The main item on their agenda was the approval of fees and charges for the financial year 2025/26. The meeting was also scheduled to confirm the minutes of the previous meeting and note any apologies for absence.
Fees and Charges 2025/26
A report, Regulatory Report - Fees and Charges 2025-26, was prepared for the meeting by Louise May, Strategic Director (Corporate and Regulatory) at Dover District Council, to obtain formal approval for the levels of fees and charges for the financial year 2025/26.
Dover Council's constitution specifies that:
F&Cs shall be reviewed annually.

The report recommends that:
licensing fees will be set on a cost recovery basis.
The report is accompanied by two appendices containing schedules of recommended fees and charges: Appendix 4.1 and Appendix 4.2.
