Summary
This meeting was scheduled to include a report on community resources in Area Committee 06 and the notification of previous decisions. It was also scheduled to include a 30-minute public forum.

Community Resources Update
The Community Resources Update included confirmation that no Section 106 funds were available to be allocated to tree planting. The report noted that:
At the end of August 2024, there was a total of £0 uncommitted Section 106 agreement monies available for AC6, of which £0 is designated specifically for tree planting and tree replacement.
The report also included the following updates:
- Progress updates on previously approved projects are published every six months. The most recent update was published in August 2024, and the next will be in February 2025.

Notification of Previous Decisions
Councillors were asked to note the decisions that were made at the previous Area Committee meeting in February 2024.
At that meeting, the Committee approved funding for three projects:
- A bus shelter on Harcourt Avenue for £30,000.
- The planting of trees on St George School Street for £36,180.
- The provision of a Public Access Defibrillator for £72,000.
