The Licensing Hearing of Sevenoaks Council will consider whether to grant a dual Hackney Carriage and private hire licence to an applicant.
Fit and Proper Person Assessment
Councillors will be asked to determine whether an applicant for a dual Hackney Carriage / private hire licence is a 'fit and proper' person.
Information relating to an individual and information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual.
- Paragraph 1 and 2, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972
The meeting will be held in private because it will consider confidential information about the applicant. The law states that councils can hold meetings in private in these circumstances.
