A representation was received from the council's Environmental Health department who say that they have received complaints about loud music and noise from cars at the premises between 18:00 and 04:00. The Environmental Health department also noted that plans submitted by the applicant did not include the first floor, which they believe includes a 'bar area, shisha lounge, seating for 20 people and the serving of food'. They point out that the applicant answered 'no' to the question on the application form that asked whether they would be 'providing recorded music'.
