The Pension Investment Sub-Committee met to review the performance of several investment funds. Presentations were received from Gresham House on their Forestry Performance, from Invesco on their Real Estate Funds, and from LGPS Central (LGPSC) providing introductions and updates. The sub-committee noted all of the presentations.

LGPS Central (LGPSC) Introductions & Updates Presentation

The Sub-Committee received a presentation from Richard Law-Deeks, Cara Forest, Trevor Castledine, Jayne Atkinson and Struan Fairburn from LGPSC¹. The presentation covered introductions and updates from the organisation. The sub-committee noted the presentation.

Invesco Real Estate UK Residential Fund and European Property Fund Performance Update

The Sub-Committee considered the Invesco Real Estate UK Residential Fund and European Property Fund Performance Update. Douglas Rowlands and Stephen Messenger from Invesco presented the update to the sub-committee. The sub-committee noted the Invesco Real Estate UK Residential Fund update and European Property Fund update as at the end of March 2025.

Gresham House Forestry Performance Update

The Sub-Committee considered the Gresham House Forestry Performance Update, and received a presentation from Heather Fleming, Rob Catlow and Ed Latter from Gresham House. The sub-committee noted the UK Forestry funds' performance update presentation provided by Gresham House.
